Terms of service.

01 — Communication

All communication between the employees and clients must go through the main office. Please note that it is against our code of conduct and terms of service to share any personal contact information with our Teammates. We appreciate your understanding!

02 — Preparation for Services

Please be sure your space is ready for our services! Small objects such as shoes, toys, etc should be picked up and put away prior to our team’s arrival.

03 — Code of Conduct

While we hope to never have any issues come up, we understand that misunderstandings happen and require everyone in our community to treat everyone on our team with respect, kindness and consideration. This is a non-negotiable. We are all human beings with feelings and families even if we don’t always look like you, or speak like you do :) 

04 — Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours of services rendered. We are a small business and require prompt payment to pay our team, support our families and keep our services running smoothly. We accept the following types of payments: Zelle, Venmo, Cash or Check.
